To be eligible for a Return, linens must be returned Unwashed, Unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all inserts. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS RECEIVED
If you received a Defective or wrong item Luxury Linens 4 Less will replace it at no charge or we will provide you a return shipping label to return the item (as long as the linens have not been laundered). Otherwise the return is at your expenses.
