Do you ship to all US addresses?

Yes we ship to all US addresses in all 50 states , all providences, all military addresses, PR, AK, HI, Vi

Do you ship products Internationally?

No. Only the USA and it's islands

What are the shipping charges?

Orders to the continental United States ship FREE standard shipping (UPS or USPS). Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, APO, FPO ship USPS priority mail according the amount of your order. Please refer to our Shipping Info

Do you charge sales tax?

7% sales tax will be charge to all FL residents

How long does it take to receive my item(s)?

After we receive your approved payment, your order is processed within 1-4 business days. We then send you a confirmation e-mail with your carrier tracking information after your order has shipped. UPS Ground service can take 7-10 days delivery, depending on the state you live in. USPS priority mail service takes 2-3 days delivery. Most items ship from our California warehouse.

Can you mix and/or match items for me?

All of our bedding sets come as complete sets and are prepackaged. We cannot sell any individual items from our bedding sets or mix/match the pieces for matching accessories. We do, however, have many accessories that can be purchased separately or added to your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Order can be cancelled within 3 hours after your order has been placed. After the order processing has started, we can not cancel your order.

Can I return an item(s)?

Yes. We have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the day we ship the item. ***Return period extended for 2016 Holidays:  Purchases made between 11/15/2016 and 12/25/2016 have return Extended until January 31st 2017.

You MUST contact us for a return authorization number.  Linens must be unused/unwashed, and in the original packaging.  Please refer to our Return Info

What If My Order Arrives Damaged?

Our intention is to ensure your item arrives in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged we will make every effort to help you obtain the necessary replacements as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.  In some cases you may be required to provide photos in order to fulfill your replacement requests. Photos are generally requested to confirm the extent of damages for the manufacturer to determine if replacement parts or a full unit replacement is required.
