To be eligible for a Return, linens must be Unwashed, Unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all inserts. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please Contact us to require a Return Authorization (with your name, order number) and we will send you by e-mail the return instructions including return authorization and return shipping address.
DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS RECEIVED
If you received a Defective or wrong item Luxury Linens 4 Less will replace it at no charge or we will provide you a return shipping label to return the item (as long as the linens have not been laundered). Otherwise the return is at your expenses.
Gift cards are not eligible for a return.
Once your return is received, Luxury Linens 4 Less will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping cost is not refundable.
